Digital goods

Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are at the creator's discretion unless the item is broken or materially misrepresented. If something doesn't work, contact the creator first; most issues are version mismatches that are quick to fix.

How refunds happen

Refunds are issued through Tebex back to the original payment method. When a refund is issued, your download access for that item is removed.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of asking for a refund suspends your access to the item while Tebex investigates, and may lead to account suspension if it's found to be abusive.
